These Terms govern your use of PoseTips at posetips.com (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them.
Using the poses
Poses themselves aren't owned by anyone. You're free to copy any pose, cue or camera tip for your own photos, personal or professional.
The demo photos
The demo photos on PoseTips are AI-generated to illustrate each pose. They are not photos of real customers or real events. You may view and share links to them, but please don't download them in bulk, republish them as your own collection, or use them to train or build a competing service.
No guarantees
We write the cues and tips carefully, but photos depend on your light, location and people. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Stay safe
Some poses involve stairs, walls, cars, water or snow. Only try them where it's safe and legal: never on moving vehicles, near traffic, on unstable ledges or in places you're not allowed to be. You're responsible for your own safety and for respecting other people's privacy and property.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PoseTips is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes
We may update these Terms. We'll post the new version here and change the date above.
